Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. The quality of the rug was rubbish. It was unevenly cut.
Width one end 14" the other end was 13".
The rug is frayed and falling apart, this happened within minutes of opening parcel.
Appreciate the item was cheap to buy so didn't expect anything spectacular but at least cut it evenly.
Really would not recommend this company.
My 7 year old nephew would have done a better job of cutting it.

Great quality, great price and very fast delivery. I bought a runner for my stairs absolutely delighted with it. Will definitely shop here again.

Really like this rug, my first from the company. Gorgeous colour, texture and prompt delivery.

I would've given 5 Stars had the rug been thicker. It is quite thin, and I'm considering putting another layer under it to make it nicer to stand on.

Otherwise, I'm very pleased with it. Would consider buying another, but for a carpeted room, rather than a hard wooden floor!
